"TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2026" Announcement of First Sponsors and Partners & Changes to Date and Venue

Phoenixx Inc. (Musashino City, Tokyo, CEO: Kazunori Sakamoto) is pleased to announce the first wave of sponsors and collaborators for the indie game festival “TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2026 (hereinafter referred to as TIGS2026),” which will be held in March 2026, as well as announcing changes to the event’s date and venue.

This event was planned as a base for disseminating indie game culture, which is attracting attention both domestically and internationally, and aims to be a place where creators, users, and the media can come together and generate new excitement. Following the previous event, which saw the highest number of official visitors ever, in order to create an environment where many people can attend comfortably next time, the venue will be expanded and the dates for 2026 will be changed as follows.

■About TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT

TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT is an indie game event that was launched in Kichijoji, Musashino City in 2023 with the aim of bringing together the talents of diverse creators, mainly those working on indie games, and becoming a “place of opportunity” for them to take on new challenges.

Since its launch, the event has grown in scale every year, reaching a record high number of visitors in 2025. Gathering game fans and creators from Japan and abroad, the event has steadily grown along with the excitement surrounding indie games.

With this growing attention, the event is becoming even more valuable as a place for creators to present their work and interact with users and other creators, and for users to discover and experience new games and creators. It is also evolving year by year as a mobile event where a wide range of customers can enjoy a variety of game-related entertainment content, fostering new possibilities.

TIGS will continue to serve as a place where creators and users can connect and indie game culture can spread.
